Lady Gaga Attempts to Seal Court Records

Lady Gaga is attempting to prevent details of a lawsuit between her former collaborator Wendy Starland and ex-boyfriend Rob Fusari from becoming public, asking the court to seal the records. She suggests that her career would be irreparably harmed if the details became public.
Starland began suing producer Fusari in 2010, saying she was owed money for co-discovering Gaga. She introduced the singer to Fusari.
Upon filing the papers, Gaga stated that the details in the lawsuit as "sensitive, private and personal" and she also says they would "inflict significant personal and professional harm upon" her if made public.
Gaga and Fusari are legally bound to keep the details private, as they both signed a non-disparagement agreement. In 2010 though, they filed lawsuits against each other regarding compensation, with Fusari filing first. Both suits were eventually dropped.
What information could be so damaging that Gaga wants it kept under lock and key?
