After canceling three shows this week due to the fact she was suffering from a joint inflammation condition called synovitis, Lady Gaga has had to cancel her entire Born This Way Ball tour. She has a labral tear in her hip and needs surgery, followed by recovery.

Gaga is probably completely and totally devastated at having to cancel her tour, since she loves nothing more than getting on stage and performing for and entertaining her little monsters on a nightly basis.

Below is the statement on the tour's cancellation from Live Nation.

"Live Nation Global Touring has confirmed that the remainder of the Lady Gaga Born This Way Ball performances have been canceled.

"After additional tests this morning to review the severity of the issue, it has been determined that Lady Gaga has a labral tear of the right hip. She will need surgery to repair the problem, followed by strict down time to recover. This unfortunately will force her to cancel the tour, so she can heal.

"Refunds for the canceled performances will be available at point of purchase starting Feb. 14, 2013."

We wish Stef a full and speedy recovery.
