Starting with Lady Gaga's stirring rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner," Super Bowl 50 put some of the biggest acts in music on the world's most televised stage. Sharing the halftime stage with headliners' Coldplay, Bruno Mars and Beyoncé helped the British alt-rock giants rock Santa Clara, California, on Sunday, February 7th.

Dressed in a sparkling, red-sequined custom Gucci suit paired with matching eyeliner, Lady Gaga displayed her vocal and emotional range to audiences worldwide in her presentation of "The Star-Spangled Banner." The Fame Monster singer even began to tear up during the performance.

Coldplay began the halftime show at Levi's Stadium by playing three hits, "Viva la Vida," "Paradise," and "Adventure of a Lifetime," from three different albums, before Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson kicked the show into high gear with "Uptown Funk." Beyoncé brought the entire "Formation" together after performing her new hit, joining Mars for the final verse of Ronson's hit track. The show ended with the three superstars, Chris Martin, Beyoncé, and Bruno Mars singing a medley of Coldplay tracks "Fix You" and "Up&Up," after a heartfelt video retrospective on past Super Bowl performances.

Even Drake got in on the Super Bowl action. The Canadian rapper's "Hotline Bling"-inspired T-Mobile advertisement was a hit with audiences and critics alike.
