Late last week, Lady Gaga filmed a video that addresses the Senate in her ongoing efforts to help repeal the long-standing and controversial "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy that guides the military. The incredibly gay-friendly Gaga said she would like to see the policy overturned and asked her fans to join her and the Service members Legal Defense Network in repealing it. "It is my belief that no one person is more valuable than another," Gaga said in the over-seven-minute long, black-and-white video, which features an American flag positioned behind her platinum blonde locks.

Gaga's eye makeup looks banging, by the way.
Do you think Gaga's efforts will affect policy?
