Lady Gaga UK Ad Cleared

An advertisement featuring Lady Gaga rocking suspenders and a body harness while rubbing her bare stomach has now been deemed not "overtly sexual" and has been cleared to air by a media watchdog. There was some controversy surrounding the ad, but that's all been swept under the rug!
A viewer challenged whether the TV spot, which promoted Born This Way, was suitable to be broadcast when children might be watching. So said viewer thought it was questionable and might offend little kids!
However, the ad was scheduled for broadcast during programs aimed at a target audience of 16 to 44-year-old women... so it was scheduled to air during hours when little kids were likely not watching!
The ASA rejected the viewer's complaint and said: "The ASA understood that the ad consisted of clips from Lady Gaga promotional videos and noted that although the images featured the singer's trademark outrageous costumes and performance style the majority of the clips were not overtly sexual. "Because the ad had been carefully scheduled, reducing the likelihood of children seeing it, we concluded that the scheduling had not breached the code."
What do you think of this ruling?
