Shoegazing pop chanteuse Lana Del Rey has recorded two brand new songs for Tim Burton's upcoming Big Eyes, starring Amy Adams, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The titles of the songs are "Big Eyes" and "I Can Fly." LDR has recorded a song for a film before – remember her gorgeously noir hymn "Young and Beautiful" from The Great Gatsby?

"Tim showed her the film and she fell in love with it," says Larry Karaszewski, who worked on the movie, said. "Women in particular seem to get the movie, and Lana really got the movie. The whole thing is about a woman who can't find her voice."

The film lands at the multiplex on Christmas. The actual release of the songs is TBD.

Are you going to see Big Eyes?
