The last will and testament of late Beastie Boys member Adam "MCA" Yauch, who died in May after a long battle with salivary gland cancer, was filed last week in Manhattan Surrogate Court . The document reportedly contains a clause that bars advertisers from using his music, likeness, or any art he's created in connection with hawking products.
So no image or likeness or music of MCA used in commercials or ads!
He also left his estate to his wife and their daughter.
We still can't believe he's gone. Bum out. R.I.P., MCA.
