Lauryn Hill Set to Play Montreux Jazz Fest
While we're still waiting on any details of Lauryn Hill's long-delayed follow-up to 1998's The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, the former Fugee has confirmed her first show since a one-off Brooklyn gig way back in August 2007. According to Reuters, the singer/rapper will appear at the 43rd annual Montreux Jazz festival on July 11. She'll perform following a Nina Simone tribute featuring Dianne Reeves, Lizz Wright and Angelique Kidjo.For more info on the Montreux fest, head over to the festival's official site.
