Adam Lambert is indirectly at the center of a lawsuit over two concerts that were booked in his name but never happened. Folks at Madison Universal in the UK claim they set up a deal with executives at a talent agency in Santa Monica, California for Glambert to play gigs in Russia and the Ukraine.
They allege they handed over a 10 percent deposit on the $80,000 fee, but the gigs were never scheduled and now they want their money back.
According to TMZ, the lawsuit alleges that when Madison executives contacted Lambert's agent, Randy Salcedo at the CAA talent agency, he confirmed the star would not have signed up for two gigs at that price, as he would normally charge $500,000 for just one gig in Russia. The suit seeks damages in excess of $25,000. Wow, that's a big fee for Lambert, though, isn't it? We're more interested in how much he actually commands, instead of the lawsuit!
