    Lee Daniels, director of Precious, is in talks to direct the Janis Joplin biopic featuring Amy Adams as the subject matter.

    It's called Get It While You Can and is due to begin production early next year.

    There is another biopic called Janis in the works. But given Adams' star power, it'll likely dwarf the other. We bet she courts Oscar gold with the performance.
