CartLeighton Meester Wins Mom Lawsuit

Singer/actress Leighton Meester sued her mother, claiming she spent money sent to her little brother on non-essentials like plastic surgery, Botox and hair extensions.
Meester spent $7500 per month to cover her brother's medical expenses, as he is reportedly very ill. However, Constance Meester tried convincing the judge Leighton had promised to take care of her and that's why she spent the cash on vanity expenses, as opposed to the brother's medical care.
Meester sued not for the money but to make her mom stop the nonsense, according to TMZ.
