Lemmy Posthumously Stars in Finnish TV Commercial

The beloved bad ass bassist passed away on December 28 after a brief battle with what his management calls "extremely aggressive cancer."
According to The Guardian, "the ad was shot in Maunula, Finland, close to Hartwall Arena where Motörhead performed shortly after Lemmy finished the commercial."
The ad apparently is a remake of a "20-year-old famous Finnish commercial. [It] features Lemmy exiting a seedy bar stating 'I have never drunk milk, and never will.' He then says 'you asshole' and makes a wry smile."
The marketing group, Hasan & Partners, that produced the spot for Finnish dairy company Valio apparently adapted the script as a tribute after learning that its star had died.
"We were in the middle of post-production when the news about Lemmy broke," Jussi Lindholm, chief operating officer of Hasan & Partners, said. "We are profoundly grateful to have worked with him and that Lemmy's management feel good about the result. We discussed not airing the ad but had footage that was not part of the original script, which crystallised Lemmy's spirit, so we agreed to change it and make a tribute."
Kilmister's Hollywood memorial service and celebration will be live-streamed from Forest Lawn Cemetery at 2:3o p.m. PST on YouTube on January 9.
