Les Paul Guitars Nab Big Bucks at Auction - They raised cash for a benefit

VH1 Radio reports that at a recent auction, collectors spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on the Les Paul guitars. A 1951 Fender No Caster sold for $216,000, while a 1982 Gibson Les Paul nabbed $180,000. A Epiphone Zephyr raked in $144,000. The auction raised $5 million in total, which went to a foundation in the guitarist's name that benefits music education and innovation. A very good cause.
