Lindsay Lohan Pleads Not Guilty to Felony Theft

Always troubled former actress Lindsay Lohan pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of stealing a $2,500 necklace. Lohan claimed she "borrowed" the bauble on January 22nd, since she is used to being lent expensive items.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Keith L. Schwartz was not impressed with her celebrity status and issued a stern warning to the starlet, saying, "You're in a different situation now with a felony." He also threatened to send La Lohan straight to jail without bail if she violated the law while awaiting trial.
"You're no different than anyone else," he added. "So please, don't push your luck." He then asked Lohan if she understood what he was saying. "Yes, sir," she answered. I am sure she will give an interview saying she is young, she lives a public life, so her fuck ups are magnified and under a microscope and that she is learning from her mistakes and will do better by turning over a new leaf. Like she always does.
Do you think this latest legal drama spells the end for Lohan?
