Lindsay Lohan Suing Pitbull

Former actress Lindsay Lohan has no sense of humor. She has slapped rapper Pitbull with a lawsuit for referencing her in the lyrics of his hit single "Give Me Everything." LiLo contends he is making fun of her and that such a lyrical barb damages her reputation. Are you fucking shitting me? LiLo ruined her own reputation! It's always someone else's fault, isn't it?
In the song, co-written by Ne-Yo, PB raps, "Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoeing, keep flowin'/I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan." That's the only headline Lohan has made as of late; she should be grateful for the publicity.
A new lawsuit filed on Lohan's behalf reads: "The lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff."
The lawsuit papers then go on to suggest that Lohan is - get this!!-- "a professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild." She is also suing under "the New York civil rights laws, which protects people from having their name exploited for commercial purposes." Ugh! La Lohan is not going to earn any sympathy votes with this one! Can't she just fade into obscurity sooner than later?
Lohan alleges the appearance of her name in the song causes her "to be associated and identified in connection with defendants."
The suit seeks an injunction to stop the broadcasting of the song, which was a No. 1 hit. She is seeking unspecified damages, too.
Team Pit Bull or Team Lindsay Lohan?
