Linkin Park will sit down for a rare Q&A session with an audience of SiriusXM listeners in Los Angeles. SiriusXM's "Town Hall with Linkin Park," scheduled to take place on Monday, Aug. 6, will air on the satcaster's active rock station Octane, which lives on channel 37, on Tuesday, Aug. 14 at 9PM ET. The special will be rebroadcast throughout the week. The special will be hosted by SiriusXM host Jose Mangin.
The event is part of SiriusXM's "Town Hall" series, intimate gatherings with iconic musicians and studio audiences of SiriusXM listeners. Previous "SiriusXM Town Hall" specials have featured Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty, Coldplay, Ringo Starr, Roger Waters, Renée Fleming, Gregg Allman, Usher, Ronnie Dunn and the surviving members of Nirvana.
The "Town Hall" special will include the band answering a variety of questions from the studio audience about their career and their new Living Things album. This will be a special event for LP fans, that's for certain.
In addition to the Q&A session, the "Town Hall" will also feature a special, intimate concert performance by the band. SiriusXM listeners will hear some of the band's biggest hits, along with songs from the new album.
Will you be tuning in to Linkin Park's "Town Hall?" You should!
