Baauer has just released a new track, "Temple," featuring M.I.A. and G-Dragon. The song was released on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show earlier today. The song is off Baauer's upcoming album, Aa, which is due out March 18th via LuckyMe. "Temple," was originally unveiled during Alexander Wang's New York Fashion Week show that Baauer had created a mix for. This is not the first time Baauer has worked with M.I.A. and G-Dragon, back in 2013 he collaborated with them on G-Dragon's "Coup D'Etat."
Aa will be Baauer's first full-length studio LP. The trap and bass producer first rose to fame when he released "Harlem Shake," back in 2012. It seems he has finally shaken off that song, and is now ready to get back out there. Baauer released two tracks earlier this year, "Day Ones" [ft. Novelist & Leikeli47] and "Kung Fu" [ft. Future and Pusha T]. Baauer released his debut EP back in October of 2014, entitled ß.
Baauer is next set to play March 19th at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada. From there, he will make appearances in Philadelphia, New York, Atlanta, and a slew of other North American destinations before heading to Coachella. After that he will play another show in Las Vegas before heading to Sasquatch! Music Festival in George, Washington during Memorial Day weekend. There have been no shows announced after these dates. For more on Baauer, check out:
