We like to share quality finds with you, and today, we bring you Kiyana's "#NoLove."
Now find out what inspired the song.
Kiyana declared, "Before I get into my personal answer, after we recorded '#NoLove,' I was on YouTube checking out some old TLC and Janet shows and videos for inspiration and I saw 'No Scrubs' and it gave me crazy chills... it was crazy! I told my songwriter, 'I think we just created the 2k12 version of TLC's 'No Scrubs!'"
She continued, "I was in the process of getting rid of a really detrimental and dramatic habit... a 'bad habit' of falling for Mr. Wrong, and at the time of recording for the second single, I wanted that record to say exactly where I was in my life. As a Virgo entertainer, we always feel like our art has to exhibit our life, tell our real stories and give apart of us that people normally don't see or hear, because we are really private people."
