Ludacris has been granted primary custody of his 13-month-old daughter Cai.
Luda, born Christopher Bridges, battled the girl's mother Tamika Fuller in the courts. She claims he wanted her to abort the pregnancy and even offered to buy her off with cash and a house.
Ludacris said the comments damaged his rep, so he sought full custody and he got it.
Luda and new wife Eudoxie Mbouguiengue will raise Cai.
The rapper and actor issued the following statement: "After review of all the evidence, the testimony of the witnesses, the report of the guardian ad litem and the claims made throughout this entire case, I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter."
