Rapper M.I.A., no stranger to feather ruffling, flipped the bird during her rap part on Madonna's new single "Give Me All Your Lovin'" at the Super Bowl Halftime Show on Sunday (Feb. 5). Her action caused NBC to issue a comment.

NBC spokesman Christopher McCloskey "We apologize for the inappropriate gesture that aired during half time. It was a spontaneous gesture that our delay system caught late."

Madonna's rep also said that M.I.A.'s little gesture was not planned nor was it rehearsed, and that Madonna has no comment. There is likely going to be an FCC fine for this, with M.I.A. possibly having to pay it herself.
