Mötley Crüe Launch 'Motley Cruise'
Carnival Cruise Lines and Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil have joined forces for the first-ever "Motley Cruise." According to a press release, the Crüe-headlined event promises "four days of rock 'n' roll on the high seas…filled with music, fun and sun—and of course plenty of Girls Girls Girls!" Ratt, Slaughter and Skid Row will also join the festivities from January 24-28. Oh by the way, some meet and greets will be provided, as well as a considerable amount of "wet and wild shore excursions" on the way from Miami to Mexico. In semi-related news, an Illinois man is suing Live Nation for an "injury, scarring and disfigurement" suffered after a member of Mötley Crüe and concert security allegedly assaulted him during a 2006 show. Gerald Schneeman claims he was knocked over and hit in the head with a guitar repeatedly before being escorted out of the venue.
