For those of you still mourning the end of Mad Men, here’s a little Monday cheer. This Friday, Republic Records, with Chop Shop Records and Lionsgate Entertainment, will release Retrospective: The Music of MAD MEN, a 24-track long compilation billed as a "nod to the spirit of the Mad Men era with the perfect musical complement." In other words: the soundtrack for all your holiday mid-century themed cocktail parties.

The album features songs by Bob Dylan, The Beach Boys, Peter, Paul and Mary, as well as their contemporaries like RJD2 and The Decemberists. (Wait, what? Don’t worry, it’ll all make sense when you listen.) Oh, and here’s a tastemaker’s hint: Buy the limited-edition vinyl option. It’ll add way more aesthetic cred to your gathering. Don’t have a turntable? Don’t worry! It comes with one!

Check out all buying options here, as well as the tracklist below.
