    Maps Does Short North American Tour - James Chapman, um, maps out a quickie tour

    Mercury Prize-nominated electronic act Maps, a.k.a. U.K. producer James Chapman, will play his first live dates in the U.S. this fall, when he brings his five-piece band over for five dates in September. Chapman is touring in support of Maps' debut album, We Can Create, which was released last month to great critical acclaim.

    In addition to these dates, Maps will also perform live on KEXP's Morning Show with John Richards in Seattle on September 21 and KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic in Los Angeles on September 26.
