Marc Mysterio Talks About His Lawsuit Against Brandy

We reported that Marc Mysterio was suing Brandy for breach of contract when she failed to record tracks for him on the advice of her handlers. Mysterio contacted me through the wonders of social networking - essentially, Facebook- to offer the more personal side to the story.
"I'm still quite saddened at Brandy and co. decisions here to breach our deal, especially because I looked forward to supporting her and this single would have done wonders for her career, and in house music, we always love to try to support one another's music and there was definitely a personal element to that present here on my side," Mysterio, who would like to state correctly for the record that he is not Scandinavian, as other outlets have reported. "Business aside, it's tough because she is so talented as is and could've really blown up globally in 2010 in the same way Kelly Rowland did after featuring on 'When Love Takes Over.'" He has a point there.
Check out the Brandy-less video, which Mysterio said is coming out sans Brandy on CLOUD 9 DANCE, which is the European home to Agnes, Cascada, Kaskade and Lil' Wayne.
Should Brandy honor her commitment and reconsider the advice of her business team to not appear on the tracks?
