Mary Hart Exiting Entertainment Tonight

After nearly three decades at the helm of Entertainment Tonight, leggy blonde host Mary Hart is hanging up her hat and giving up her chair. Hart, who joined ET in 1982, will move on after the show's 30th season, which begins September 13. No replacement has been named. But for Hart, the decision to sign off one last time is an amicable one!
"I've had the privilege of spending 29 years doing something I love -- how often does that happen?" she said in a statement Thursday. "I only meant to be at ET for three years, suddenly it's almost 30!"
Hart, 59, is leaving so she can do other things with her life while she still has the time and energy. She also said, "There are many things I want to do in my life and I'd better get on with them."
Who should replace Hart? Watch, it'll be Ryan Seacrest!
