Meat Loaf Sues Impersonator

Meat Loaf is suing impersonator Dean Torkington, accusing him of misleading fans over the world wide web.
The real Loaf claims that Torkington is causing brand name confusion by registering his act, dubbed "To Hell and Back: A Tribute to Meat Loaf," under the web domain MeatLoaf.org. That is definitely confusing. People might think they've stumbled onto the real thing when it's not.
The real larger-than-life vocalist insists Torkington acted in "bad faith." He is seeking $100,000 in damages.
A court injunction to shut down the site and hand over ownership of the domain under the Anti Cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act is also being sought.
