Long Beach, California native Mexican-American singer Jenni Rivera's memoirs will be published posthumously. She died in a plane crash in Mexico last December at the tender age of 43. She was working on her book when she was killed.
Unbreakable is due out in July and will be published in English and in Spanish.
Rivera's sister Rosie Rivera says the singer's family supports the release and hopes that it will comfort fans.
"I miss my sister every moment, but on days that I want to feel her close, I open her book written in her own words, and feel her right next to me," Rosie said. That's so wonderful. They are lucky to have her words as a comfort for their family, as well.
Will you read Unbreakable? Jenni's last releases, La Misma Gran Señora, Joyas Prestadas (Pop Version) and Joyas Prestadas (Banda Version) have been strong sellers since the singer's untimely passing.
