    Spoon, Animal Collective, LCD Soundsystem and Arcade Fire have all been named as nominees for the 2007 Shortlist Prize. Well, them and fifty other artists, all of which are named below. Essentially the US equivalent of England's long-running Mercury Music Prize, the award has been given to TV on the Radio, Sufjan Stevens and Cat Power in recent years.
