Michael Bolton's Daughter Is Destroying My Life is going into production at ABC! The half-hour comedy will feature Michael Bolton in a starring role. It's based on an idea from actress Allison Miller, who co-stars on NBC's Go On. It is loosely inspired by Miller's real-life celebrity encounters when she first arrived in Hollywood, according to Deadline.
Bolton will play a fictional version of himself.
The series will follow a naïve young writer who moves to the big city and ends up taking a job doing social media for Bolton. The writer has her hands full with the singer and the wild daughter he takes in.
