Canadian singer and new father Michael Bublé aided the folks at the Gloucester Irish Community Center in Wotton, England, which hosted a show featuring a performance from Bublé lookalike William May, with the goal of raising money for Dementia U.K. Bublé didn't show up to perform alongside his doppelganger, but he did make a donation!
According to WENN, Amanda Wall, who organized the event, wrote to Bublé to ask if he could support the event. He donated $3,000, boosting the event's haul to $3,900.
County councilor Pam Tracey told a local paper, "It is easy to think very little of some of these stars but what a wonderful thing to do. It was very kind of him. He must get quite a lot of requests for support so it is lovely."
Nice work, MB! What a quiet, sweet gesture.
