Mick Jagger Says That Yoga, Pilates and Exercise Keep Him Young

At 68, The Rolling Stones singer Mick Jagger looks good for his age. He told Pakistan's Daily Times that he engages in regular pilates, exercise and yoga to keep himself trim, fit, in shape and healthy.
His daily workout includes an eight-mile run, kickboxing, swimming, cycling or some other cardiovascular exercise. Wow. That's an intense regimen, especially for someone who is a senior citizen.
Jagger even practices ballet to keep himself limber, too. He also eats a lot of grains, like rice, whole grain bread, potatoes, pasta, beans, fish and chicken. Sounds like a lot of starches and carbs, too, so he should be working off those carbs and not storing 'em.
What do you do to stay fit, trim and healthy like Mick Jagger?
