Florence + The Machine will be first to take the stage Easter Sunday Unplugged, as it returns for the 2012 season, with State Farm serving as exclusive digital sponsor.

It's not just a performance. Fans can digitally download the music after the fact or grab it a few days later in physical form.

Details: The episode, which features a 10-song set will premiere on Sunday, April 8 beginning at 11PM EST on MTV and via MTV's websites in the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia here, with an exclusive 11th song, "Cosmic Love" online now. Coinciding with the premiere, Universal Republic Records will release Florence + the Machine MTV Unplugged across digital retailers, simultaneously and in stores on April 10, which will include all 11 songs.

Filmed at the historic Angel Orensanz, a former gothic revival synagogue in New York's lower east side dating back to 1849, the performance features Florence Welch's signature sweeping vocals with selections spanning her debut album "Lungs" and sophomore set, "Ceremonials," including "Dogs Days Are Over," "Shake It Out," "What The Water Gave Me," "No Light, No Light," "Drumming Song," "Only if For a Night," and "Breaking Down." The 10-song-set also includes a stirring cover of Otis Redding's "Try a Little Tenderness," as well as a special appearance from Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age) who duets on a cover of the Johnny Cash/June Carter classic "Jackson."

"MTV unplugged was a truly amazing experience for me, such an honor to perform in such a beautiful place," said Florence Welch.
