Muse's Matthew Bellamy Doesn't Care If You Take His Music Seriously

Muse will drop The 2nd Law on October 2 and frontman (and Kate Hudson baby daddy) Matthew Bellamy told Q that he is not worried if people don't take songs such as the Olympic-themed "Survival" completely seriously.
"We don't care if people don't necessarily take songs like that 100 percent seriously. We're not afraid of our eccentricities, we're not afraid of going into almost Monty Python rock," Bellamy said. "But it's like opera. If you put a piece of opera on, it's ridiculous unless you've listened to the whole thing and just go there with it."
Additionally, Bellamy confessed that he was in the delivery room when Hudson gave birth to their son Bingham in July 2011. He was right up in her grill, so to speak. He said, "Oh yeah, I was there at the birth. I was watching the whole thing. I was holding her leg up when she pushed him out. She didn't want me to watch but I was in there, getting my hands dirty, so to speak."
He's hands on!
Are you going to break The 2nd Law?
