The music elegantly echoes timeless shimmering soul and Motown, and Nas opens up brilliantly weaving together vignettes of being a dad and looking out for your little girl. It's honest, heartfelt, and wholly different from anything out there in hip hop.
It's also a sign that Nas is about to change the world again with Life Is Good.
