CartNe-Yo Battling Former "Baby Mama"

R&B singer Ne-Yo and his "baby mama" are battling.
Ne-Yo believed he fathered a child with his former lover Jessica White and therefore paid $575,000 in child support in 2009.
It was revealed that Ne-Yo was not the child's father so White is really not his baby mama. The duo reached an agreement where they would not discuss the situation or the matter in the media.
However, Ne-Yo (born Shaffer Smith), spoke about the situation in a VH1 interview, and White has said he violated their legal gag order while defaming her character.
White's lawyer Gloria Allred wrote a letter to the star, saying White has been unable to work and forced to seek financial aid because she is "beset by nausea, vomiting, and hair loss." She wants to settle the matter out of court.
Wait, she can't work but she can afford a powerhouse attorney like Gloria Allred? Ok.
