Drama is surrounding Ne-Yo right now! During a recent interview, the singer and songwriter said he wished he would have kept Beyoncé's hit song "Irreplaceable" for himself. Fans interpreted the comment as a dis and Ne-Yo posted a Tweet defending his comments, which he insists were not defamatory. He simply wrote the song and wished that he had recorded it himself. There is no crime in that.

"One song that I gave away and didn't want to, but it's actually a good thing that I did, is Beyoncé's 'Irreplaceable'. I honestly wrote that song for myself, but that song taught me a very interesting lesson: Many women don't think that differently. ... However, a man singing it comes across a little bit misogynistic, a little bit mean," the singer Tweeted.

What do you think of Ne-Yo's comments? Were they innocuous? What do you think of his explanation? I think it's fine. Leave it be, people.
