Now that's sweet! Singer Neil Diamond will donate the proceeds from his smash "Sweet Caroline" as aid for victims of the Boston Marathon bombings.
The tune is being used as an anthem for the Boston Red Sox, and Diamond made a surprise appearance at Fenway Park two weeks ago to perform at the team's first home game since the tragedy.
He will now donate any new royalties from recent sales of the 1969 song to the One Fund, a charity set up to help victims of the attacks.
Sales of the track have risen recently, due to the usage by the Sox, and Neil saw those statistics and thus tweeted the following note: "Donating these royalties to One Fund!"
