Neve Campbell Returns to Television

Actress Neve Campbell, who gained national attention for her role on Fox's melodrama Party of Five in the 90s before graduating to wider fame as the star of Scream and several sequels in the franchise, is returning to the medium that made her famous. Campbell will star in NBC's mid-season drama The Philanthropist.

The series is being shot in South Africa and features a billionaire, played by James Purefoy, who uses his privilege, power, and prosperity to help others in need around the globe. Campbell will play the wife of the billionaire's business partner who happens to have a chemistry with her hubby's partner. Campbell has just joined the cast on location in South Africa.
