The fall record release season is in full swing with Robert Plant, Linkin Park, The Killers' Brandon Flowers, Weezer and Trey Songz offering up new music!

Linkin Park, A Thousand Suns: Another celebration of keg party-approved rap 'n' roll. Linking Park outlasted their peers in Limp Bizkit by truly fusing hip-hop beats and scratches with a rock crunch, without ever becoming too arrogant. A Thousand Sons is more quality fusion of two genres and I love "The Catalyst," "Waiting For the End" and "Wretches and Kings."

Robert Plant, Band of Joy: Ah, the curly-haired Led Zeppelin singer continues to make adult contemporary music that is never, ever snoozy. He's a legend. He deserves your time. A worthwhile purchase, my friends.

Brandon Flowers, Flamingo: The Killers' lead vocalist goes solo.

Weezer, Hurley: Nerd rock forever. They are back on an indie label, using an actor from Lost on the album cover and making catchy-as-ever tunes.

Trey Songz, Passion, Pain & Pleasure: You will experience all those feelings when enjoying this R&B crooner.

    Also out today:
Mavis Staples, You Are Not Alone - produced by Wilco's Jeff Tweedy
    Jamey Johnson, Guitar Song
    Chromeo, Business Casual
    Grinderman, Grinderman 2
Leonard Cohen, Songs from the Road
    Black Mountain, Wilderness Heart
    The Walkmen, Lisbon
    Superchunk, Majesty Shredding
The Vaselines, Sex With an X - first album in 20 years!
and many more you will find in the ARTISTdirect.com store

Which records will you be picking up this week in record stores or here on ARTISTdirect?
