Those hotly spreading rumors of a 98° reunion tour? They're just that: rumors!
Singer Nick Lachey has dismissed the rumors regarding the tour, revealing that he instead is planning to spend the summer with his expectant wife Vanessa Minnillo. They are awaiting the birth of their first child in late summer, so he won't be hitting the road and touring. No way!
The pop group, comprised of Nick, his brother Drew, Justin Jeffre and Jeff Timmons, were hot in the mid-90s before splitting in the '00s.
A 15-date reunion tour was said to be in the works. But it ain't happening, 98 Degrees fans. Sorry!
Lachey tweeted that no tour is happening, dousing the hot rumor with ice cold water. He posted: "So psyched to see all the excitement for a 98 degree tour, but the only tour I'll be doing this summer is at baby's 'r us!"
Boo.
