If this is "Wrong," we don't wanna be right.
Afro-Norwegian duo Nico & Vinz have teamed up with Pepsi Pulse and Complex Media to deliver a documentary-style version of their song-of-the-summer "Am I Wrong."
It is the first visual update to their original music video of their stateside breakthrough, which was shot in Botswana and is approaching the 50 million views mark.
Check it out below.
And see the behind-the-scenes footage below.
The stylized yet intimate video follows the duo as they land in New York and hit the whirlwind music promo process, making some time for some sightseeing, and culminating in their packed debut showcase at West Chelsea's McKittrick Hotel.
Nico & Vinz worked intensively with Pepsi and Complex to bring the piece to life.
"It's sort of a preview of what we've been doing overseas," said Vinz on the multi-platinum, international hit that is the most Shazam-ed song in the world. "It sort of felt natural that we'd move over to the States and really start working and meeting the American people and spreading our music over here."
The video is the first from Pepsi Pulse's Artist Spotlight program, an interactive and socially powered content hub that covers music, sports, pop culture and entertainment created to to help emerging artists leverage the power of Pepsi's strong music stage in conjunction with Complex Media.
With that in mind, enjoy!
"Wrong" is so right, right?
