No Beatles for iTunes

If you are looking to purchase The Beatles songs from iTunes, don't waste your time or get a headache from holding your breath, because it ain't happening due to issues with Apple's business plan, it would seem.
"[Apple CEO] Steve Jobs has his own idea and he's a brilliant guy," Ono told Reuters last week. "There's just an element that we're not very happy about, as people. We are holding out. Don't hold your breath for anything." Sigh. I wonder what this one deal-breaking element is.
Ono said her comments did not necessarily jive with the opinions of the remaining three members of the Fab Four: Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr or Olivia Harrison, the widow of George Harrison. Of course they don't. Since when did Ono ever do anything agreeable with the other members of her late husband's band?
What is holding Ono back from working with iTunes? Prince and Tool are also iTunes holdouts, FYI!
