Composer Marvin Hamlisch, who composed more than 40 films in his career, has died at 68.

Hamlisch collapsed after a brief illness and died on Monday, Aug. 6.

Hamlisch is one of only two people ever awarded an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar, a Tony and a Pulitzer Prize; he shared the honor with late composer Richard Rodgers. Hamlish was quite decorated, professionally speaking. Not to mentioned talented!

Some of Hamlisch's key films include The Way We Were and The Sting.

    R.I.P., Marvin.
