    A soul music queen doesn't want a King getting too close to her. Singer Patti LaBelle is being sued by a West Point cadet named Richard King has made the claim that LaBelle's bodyguards physically beat him at a Houston airport in March.

    According to King's lawsuit, "LaBelle believed King was standing too close to her (no doubt expensive) luggage, even though he was oblivious to her presence and the danger he was in."

    I guess it's crime to get too close to a diva's luggage.
