Character actor Paul Giamatti is certainly all about the historically-driven, HBO biopics. The actor will play Nikita Khrushchev in –you guessed it- an HBO biopic that centers on the Russian leader and his two-week visit to the US in 1995. It's a history lesson, of sorts.

Giamatti started as the titular character in HBO's John Adams, a biopic about –you guessed it- John Adams!
