CartPaulina Rubio Files Motion to Remove Estranged Husband's Custody Rights

Latin pop star Paulina Rubio filed an emergency motion in Miami, Florida to remove the custody rights of her estranged husband. Their battle is getting ugly.
The Mexican singer married Nicolas Vallejo-Nagera in 2007 but they've since split and remain locked in a fight over their son, Nicolas, 2.
Rubio claims that a private eye uncovered that Vallejo-Nagera had "repeatedly demonstrated detrimental behavior and a lack of parental responsibility," by failing to change diapers and by smoking around him. He is also supposed to employ a nanny.
That's not good. We hope the courts can intervene here and do what is best for the little boy.
