    Spanish diva Paulina Rubio has been ordered to stand trial due to a breach-of-contract lawsuit. She didn't show up for a gig and the promoters want her to pay up.

    Promoters at Miami, Florida firm CMG Entertainment are suing her, alleging that Rubio failed to honor a deal to play a concert in Tunja, Colombia in 2010. They are seeking $1 million in damages. Guess they lost their shirts in the deal!

    Her lawyer says she is innocent of their claims. He said, "Rubio did nothing wrong. Paulina did nothing that justifies her being sued."
