The festival, which started in 1970 when several hundred hippies paid 1 GBP to watch Marc Bolan, now attracts more than 175,000 people over five days.

    Primal Scream will step out of the dark with new album More Light, which arrives at retail on June 18. It is being released on the band's own First International label through Ignition Records.

    It's their first in five years and features 13 tracks, as well as an expanded deluxe edition.

    It also features guest spots from Robert Plant, Kevin Shields, The Pop Group's Mark Stewart and Jason Faulkner.
