    Veteran Scottish rockers Primal Scream today announced it will release a new album next year, Chaosmosis, an effort slated to issue March 18, 2016 on the band's own First International label imprint.

    The release follows 2013's More Light and is the band's 11th studio album. It was recorded in Sweden and London.

    The group, now 33 years strong under the leadership of Bobby Gillespie, will play a handful of shows in the spring, followed by a string of headlining dates at summer festivals, all in the UK.

    Tickets for the band's live dates are available through the band's website at primalscream.net. Chaosmosis is available for pre-order via PledgeMusic.com or iTunes, and tour dates follow below.
