    Everybody sings!

The Sheepdogs return with their new album, Future Nostalgia [Dine Alone Records], out October 2. The fifth album from the Canadian rock revivalists stands out as their best work yet. Combining impressive and impeccable instrumentation with towering hooks, they deliver a bluesified rock stomp that you won't be able to shake anytime soon. So, we sat down with frontman Ewan Currie for this exclusive Take Aim Q&A about the band and the album.

Twitter Size Bio: Feel good rock n roll dudes who kick out the jams and sing sweet harmonies.

Non-Music Hobbies: Minor league baseball radio play-by-play or PhD in Stellar Cartography.

Something Intimate About A Song: Last summer, I thought I had won $50,000 in a local lottery for about 15 minutes before I realized I had read the numbers wrong. In my disappointment, I sat down and wrote the song "Downtown."

Finish the sentence: The Sheepdogs are the band where everybody sings—the guitarists, the bass guy, the keyboardist and the drum man.
